In the start of the new year 2026 a remix of Just like the sun will be released. Shortly after that a brand new single will be released too. Right now there are two songs that are competing on being first out. One is called No Permission and the other one is called Broken Souls. I’ll keep you updated on the progress.
The demos that was never meant for release or early versions of tracks later released.
This is an all instrumental track that was recorded in Vienna during 2024. While I was working for a while in Vienna I got some kind of abstinence being off creating music so I bought an MicroFreak at the great music store in Vienna – Klangfarbe. While it has a great sound engine the keys are a bit strange to play on. Anyway, later I got a Mini Freak that has normal keys but for this track it was all recorded using the Micro Freak. The velocity was not that easy to get right on that machine. It sounds like it could use some velocity edits. I kind of liked it now when I found it so maybe it will show up in a future release but then in some reworked version.
I had totally forgot about this track/demo. But I think this was made just after I got myself a new guitar and was playing around with it and added some simple drums and bass to it. I guess the single line of lyrics was the only thing that appeared in my head at the time and then it was just forgotten and added to the archives.
When I found this in the archives I was a bit surprised. I had totally forgot that this song sounded like this in the first versions. Lots of strings, unedited and raw, it’s a quite charming version.
Everything on this one was recorded with old hardware and some analogue plugin.
I didn’t have a plan, no lyrics, no structure — just layers of sound that kept repeating until it felt right. Sometimes that’s enough.
Maybe it will be released sometime or maybe it was always meant to be unfinished.
I kept building this around one stubborn synth patch from an old Elka.
The sound felt nostalgic, like a memory that didn’t belong to me anymore.
I liked it enough to almost finish it for the second album, but it never found the right voice.
Maybe it didn’t want one.
I wrote this for the first album, but I never released it because it felt too hopeful.
The chorus wanted to lift the whole song into the light, and I honestly didn’t know how to follow it without ruining it. I still don’t.
It has one verse, one chorus, and too much honesty.

When going through some old recordings I stumbled upon this one. It’s an early demo of Tvillingsjäl that was released with Gränsen 2024. Unedited and raw, this original version is very different to what was later released as it is only played with guitars and a just some lonely synth melody. The lyrics was not complete as some parts are just filled out with lalala…
